How to Warm Up Multiple Email Accounts Concurrently
Warming up new email accounts is essential to prevent your cold emails from landing in spam. Learn how to configure automated peer-to-peer warmup across all your accounts in OutSends.
What you'll need
Before you start, make sure you have the following ready.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records configured on your domains
- Connected mailboxes in OutSends
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps to complete the setup.
Connect your mailboxes via OAuth or SMTP
Go to Senders in your OutSends dashboard and connect your Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho, or SMTP accounts.
Enable the Warmup toggle for each account
Turn on the warmup toggle in the Senders tab. OutSends assigns each account to our peer-to-peer warmup pool.
Set your daily warmup targets
Start with 3 to 5 warmup emails per day, with an automated daily ramp-up of 2 to 3 emails until reaching your target (usually 35 emails/day).
Configure working-hours delivery windows
Set warmup emails to send only between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM in your target audience time zone.
Monitor reputation for 14 days
Allow warmup to run for at least 14 days before launching live cold campaigns. Monitor inbox placement rates in the dashboard.
