How to Rotate Multiple Senders for Cold Outreach
Scaling outbound requires distributing your emails across multiple mailboxes. Learn how to configure automated multi-sender rotation in OutSends so no single account sends more than 30–40 emails per day.

Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps to complete the setup.
Ensure all sender accounts are healthy and warmed
Check the Senders tab in OutSends to confirm your accounts are verified, connected, and have active warmup.
Create a new campaign
Navigate to Campaigns > New Campaign and enter your campaign name.
Select multiple sender accounts
In the Sender step of the campaign builder, select the checkboxes for all mailboxes you wish to include in rotation.
Configure daily limits per sender
Set a safe daily ceiling (e.g., 35 emails/day per account). OutSends calculates total daily throughput automatically.
Launch distributed campaign
Activate the campaign. OutSends will cycle through your selected senders in round-robin fashion with randomized jitter delays.
