Comment Segment Contact Lists
Segmentation is the key to relevant email marketing. OutSends lets you create dynamic segments based on contact properties, behavior, engagement history, and custom conditions.
Prérequis

- An OutSends account
- A contact list with at least 100 contacts
- Some contact data to segment on (location, industry, etc.)

Open contact segments
Go to Contacts > Segments. Click "New Segment" to start building your audience.
Choose segment conditions

Preview your segment
OutSends shows the estimated number of contacts matching your conditions. Adjust as needed.
Save and name your segment
Give your segment a clear name like "Active Users - Tech Industry - France" for easy reuse.
Use in campaigns
When creating a campaign, select your saved segment as the recipient list instead of a static list.
