Comment Rotate Gmail Accounts
Gmail account rotation lets you send more emails by distributing your campaign across multiple Gmail accounts. Each account sends well under its daily limit, keeping all accounts healthy.
Prérequis

Add your Gmail accounts
In OutSends dashboard, go to Senders > Add Gmail Account. Authorize each one via Google OAuth.
Create a rotation group
Group related accounts together (e.g., "Sales Team" or "Support Rotation") to organize your senders.
Set rotation weights
Assign percentages. If one account has higher limits, give it more weight (e.g., Account A: 60%, Account B: 40%).
Configure round-robin vs. fill-first
Round-robin alternates evenly. Fill-first uses accounts sequentially until each reaches its limit.
Launch your campaign
Select the rotation group as your sender. OutSends automatically distributes the emails.
