Open active campaigns
Navigate to the campaign dashboard and view your list of active and scheduled campaigns.
Select campaign
Click on the campaign you want to pause or stop. Review its current sending progress and stats.
Pause or stop
Click pause to temporarily halt sending, or stop to end the campaign immediately.
Resume if needed
Resume a paused campaign at any time. Stopped campaigns cannot be restarted.

Emails that have already been sent are not affected. Pausing only stops future sends in the current batch.
